Monuments & Memorial Tablets
After the funeral, you may be considing erecting a monument or memorial tablet in the churchyard.
It is essential that you discuss this with us at the early stage of planning for general advice, ensuring compliance with our churchyard policy, in obtaining the neccessary legal permissions and the payment of any associated fees.
The PCC Churchyard policy is based upon the Chancellor of the Diocese of Chichester’s General Directions which also includes the erection of monuments.
